        "description": "ztreamy: a framework for publishing semantic events on the Web\n\nhttp://www.ztreamy.org/\n\nztreamy is a prototype implementation of a framework for publishing\nstreams of events through on the Web, built on top of the Tornado Web\nserver. The framework provides services that are specific to events\ndescribed with RDF, although any other kinds of events can be\ntransported as well.\n\nThe platform provides scalability through replication: streams can be\nrepeated from other servers. Streams can also be aggregated and\nfiltered.\n\nA python library for consuming events at the client side is already\nprovided. For consuming events from programs written in other\nlanguages, the client can use an HTTP client library and parse the\nevents itself. Support for other languages is planned to be added in\nthe future.\n\nThis is an alpha version of the framework. There is no guarantee that\nthe main programming interfaces will no change in the near future.\n\nBasic documentation for installing and testing the framework is\navailable at:\n\nhttp://www.ztreamy.org/doc/\n\nThis documentation is still work in progress.\n\nA thorough description and evaluation of Ztreamy has been published at\nthe Journal of Web Semantics.
