        "description": "timetunnel \u2013 An event collection and dispatching \u00b5service.\n\n    time-tunnel accepts timestamped events with loosely defined semantics\n    over a set of common APIs, and then dispatches those events on a\n    best-effort basis to various event sinks according to a ruleset that\n    is part of the configuration.\n\n    The main goal is to offer clients a way to easily push their events to\n    one uniform event submission API of their choosing, and then go back and\n    concentrate on their actual task.
