Including \"code A does not need to be near code B\".\n* To stimulate the creation a python-based client side library for\n  accessing TiddlyWeb.\n* To prove (as in test) the system.\n* To enable a platform for performance testing.\n* To confirm HTTP cache header handling.\n* To do the luscious CSci wankery of self-hosting.\n\nOnce the package is installed, to use add the following to \nthe tiddlywebconfig.py of an existing instance:\n\n        'server_store': ['tiddlywebplugins.tiddlywebweb', {\n            'server_base': 'http://0.0.0.0:8000',\n        },\n\nSet server_base to the URL (including server_prefix) of\nthe root (without the trailing /) of the target TiddlyWeb.\n\nSee pydoc tiddlywebplugins.tiddlywebweb for more details.\n\nYou can then do things like:\n\n   twanager lbags\n\nto list all the bags on the remote server.
