        "description": "An example user registration plugin for TiddlyWeb.\n\nWhat this does is validate an OpenID and then create a\nTiddlyWeb user of that OpenID and assign a Role to it.\nThis allows the system to go beyond a Policy of 'ANY'\nto one of 'R:MEMBER'. This is a way to provide member\naccess to people with openIds while not allowing all\nopenids.\n\nIt uses a few optional configuration settings:\n\n    register.role: The role assigned to newly registered\n        users. Defaults to \"MEMBER\".\n    register.start_href: The link to send users to after\n        they have registered. Defaults to \"/\".\n    register.start_title: The title of the link. Defaults\n        to \"Get Started\".\n    register.blacklist: A list of openids to never allow\n        to register.
