        "description": "A TiddlyWeb plugin that remedies an URI encoding problem\nencountered when running TiddlyWeb under Apache.\nThe plugin reverts the path in the PATH_INFO variable\nto its undecoded form.\n\nThe problem being addressed occurs with URIs containing\n%2F characters (encoded forward slashes).\n\nCurrently Apache supplies the PATH_INFO variable in decoded form.\nAs a result, all instances of %2F in the URI are replaced\nwith a / character in PATH_INFO. The Selector is then\nthrown off since it depends on forward slashes to match\nhandlers.
