Use\nthe flag --user in case you do not have administrator privileges and the\nflag --upgrade to get the newest version.\n\nTo test the program while it is being developed, run the command below\nfrom the current directory. This is useful when you are developing the\ncode.\n\n    pip install -e .\n\nTo uninstall, run:\n\n    pip uninstall tbnns\n\nThe commands above will also install\nsome dependencies (included in the file \"requirements.txt\")\nneeded for this package.\n\n### Examples and Testing\n\nUnder construction.\n\n\n\n",
