To install the plugin, you have two options:\n\na) Stable version\n\n   .. code-block::\n\n      scipion installp -p scipion-em-locscale\n\nb) Developer's version\n\n   * download repository\n\n   .. code-block::\n\n      git clone https://github.com/scipion-em/scipion-em-locscale.git\n\n   * install\n\n   .. code-block::\n\n      scipion installp -p path_to_scipion-em-locscale --devel\n\nLocScale sources will be downloaded automatically with the plugin,\nbut you can also link an existing installation.\nDefault installation path assumed is ``software/em/locscale-0.1``,\nif you want to change it, set *LOCSCALE_HOME* in ``scipion.conf``\nfile to the folder where the LocScale is installed.\nLocScale uses EMAN2 libraries, so you need to provide existing EMAN2\ninstallation path by setting *EMAN2_HOME* variable\n(default eman-2.3) in the config file.\n\nNote: **mpi4py** will be installed in the Eman's python\n\nTo check the installation, simply run the following Scipion tests:\n\n.. code-block::\n\n   scipion test locscale.tests.test_protocol_locscale.TestProtLocscale\n\nA complete list of tests can also be seen by executing ``scipion test --show --grep locscale``\n\nSupported versions\n------------------\n\n0.1\n\nProtocols\n---------\n\n* local sharpening\n\n\nReferences\n----------\n\n1.
