These web services are publically\n        available and can be used within a GIS environment and / or software\n        supporting the OGC standards. pywoudc provides a high level library\n        using Python idioms (API, data structures) which provides Python\n        implementations a simple, straightforward bridge without requiring\n        intimate knowledge of the OGC standards.\n        \n        Installation\n        ------------\n        \n        Requirements\n        ~~~~~~~~~~~~\n        \n        pywoudc requires Python 2.7 or greater. pywoudc works with Python 3.\n        \n        Dependencies\n        ------------\n        \n        pywoudc requires the `OWSLib <https://geopython.github.io/OWSLib>`__\n        library.
