It includes some advanced\npatterns and best practices for `setup.py`, as well as some\ncommented\u2013out nice\u2013to\u2013haves.\n\nFor example, this `setup.py` provides a `$ python setup.py upload`\ncommand, which creates a *universal wheel* (and *sdist*) and uploads\nyour package to [PyPi] using [Twine], without the need for an annoying\n`setup.cfg` file. It also creates/uploads a new git tag, automatically.\n\nIn short, `setup.py` files can be daunting to approach, when first\nstarting out \u2014 even Guido has been heard saying, \"everyone cargo cults\nthems\".
