        "description": "pyctrl: a Python Suite for Systems and Control\n==============================================\n\n**Release 0.4**\n\nThis is a Python library for system and control.\n\nWe only support Python 3, and are not interested in Python 2 at all.\n\nPreliminaries\n-------------\n\nYou will need to have python3, pip3 and numpy installed. On a Debian\nbased OS (including the Beaglebone Black and Blue) type:\n\n::\n\n    sudo apt install python3 python3-pip python3-numpy python3-scipy\n\nStarting with version 0.4 there is a web server based on the flask\nmicroframework.
