        "description": "WARNING: this package is deprecated,\r\nStarting from release 0.82 the package pybufr-ecmwf supports both python2 and python3 builds, so you are advised to no longer use this special python3 version.\r\n\r\nPlease use the pybufr-ecmwf version whenever possible: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pybufr-ecmwf\r\n\r\na python interface around the Fortran90 ECMWF-BUFR library\r\nconstructed using the f2py interface generation tool.\r\nThe equivalent subroutines to the ones in the ECMWF-BUFR\r\nlibrary are made available to python, but also a set of wrapper\r\nroutines/classes is implemented to\r\ncreate also a more object-oriented/pythonic interface.\r\nBuilding the interface is still a bit rough, and may require some\r\nediting of the setup.cfg file to choose the correct fortran and c-compiler.\r\nAlternatively some dedicated commandline options have been\r\nadded to the setup.py script to allow changing these settings.\r\nRun 'setup.py build --help' to get a list of the currently available\r\nbuild options.",
