The only thing it really adds, is\nthat debianize will also create packages for all depencencies that your\nsource package has (``install_requires``). Debianize will only create a debian\npackage from a python\n**package**. So you *need* a setup.py.\n\n**note!** *If you are not using buildout but still want to use debianize, use\nhttps://gist.github.com/2929586, which is just a shell script that does\nthe same, but is configured with flags*\n\nUsage::\n\n    [buildout]\n    parts =\n        debianize\n\n    [debianize]\n    maintainer = somebody@example.com\n    follow_dependencies =\n        someobscurepackage\n        morestuff\n        ivegotnodebianpackageyet\n\nIf you define ``follow_dependencies`` debianize will only create packages for\nthings that match any of the regex patterns in that option. If omit\n``follow_dependencies``, it will build debian packages for anything defined as\na dependency with ``install_requires``. You can not use spaces in any of the\npatterns! This is useful if some of the dependencies are allready available as\ndebian packages and others are not.\n\nThe above defined ``follow_dependencies`` will be matched like this::\n\n    $NAME =~ someobscurepackage|morestuff|ivegotnodebianpackageyet\n\nSo it will simply put a ``|`` symbol in between the patterns.\n\nUpstart\n-------\n\nIf you've got a folder named ``upstart`` next to your setup.py, this folder\nwill be packaged as well, with the same version number as your package, but\nadding a ``.d`` postfix to your package name.\n\nLast but not least\n------------------\n\nThis recipe does not install fpm for you.\ninstead use http://pypi.python.org/pypi/rubygemsrecipe/0.1.6::\n\n    [rubygems]\n    recipe = rubygemsrecipe\n    gems = fpm",
