For the\nlatest documentation check out `Read the Docs`_.\n\n\nRequirements\n------------\n\nPinry is built on top of Django and optimized to run on a Linux\nenvironment. However we have gotten Pinry to work on Windows and Mac as\nwell but it may require some extra digging around configuration. Pinry's\nPython requirements are all in the ``requirements.txt`` file and easily\ninstallable once you have up a virtual environment. What you need\ninitially:\n\n* Python\n* pip\n* virtualenv\n* Your OS's build tools (Ubuntu: ``build-essential``, Mac: ``Xcode``)\n* Build dependencies for PIL/Pillow (Ubuntu:\n  ``apt-get build-dep python-imaging``)\n\n\nTesting\n-------\n\nWe have many tests built into Pinry to ensure that changes don't break\nanything. If you are live dangerously and have cutting edge new Pinry\nfeatures first you can use our master branch for your own instance. We\nrecommend using our tags/versions though.\n\nTo run Pinry's tests inside the Pinry repo run::\n\n    virtualenv .\n    bin/pip install -r requirements.txt\n    bin/python manage.py test\n\n\nProduction Deployment\n---------------------\n\nOur supported and suggested way to deploy Pinry is using Docker.
