        "description": "nodervers\n=========\n\nnodevers is a `Node.js <http://nodejs.org/>`_ version manager.\n\nPrerequisites\n~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n\nTo run nodevers you'll need:\n\n-  `Python <http://python.org/>`_\n\nAnd to build Node.js you'll need:\n\n-  `GNU make <http://www.gnu.org/software/make/>`_ (3.81 or newer)\n\n-  A C(++) compiler\n\n-  Python (2.6 or 2.7)\n\n-  libssl-dev (only if you want to build Node v0.6.x)\n\n-  libexecinfo (only if you are using FreeBSD or OpenBSD)\n\nInstallation\n~~~~~~~~~~~~\n\nTo install nodevers, simply run:\n\n::\n\n    $ pip install nodevers\n\nOr if you have downloaded a zip/cloned from GitHub:\n\n::\n\n    $ python setup.py install\n\nYou'll also need to add either:\n\n-  ``~/.nodevers/bin``\n\nor\n\n-  ``$NODEVERS_PREFIX/bin`` if you have set the environment variable\n   ``NODEVERS_PREFIX``\n\nor\n\n-  ``/opt/nodevers/bin`` if you run nodevers and install Nodes as root\n\nto the ``PATH``.\n\nUsage\n~~~~~\n\nInstalling a Node:\n\n::\n\n    $ nodevers install 0.10.17\n\nSwitching to a Node:\n\n::\n\n    $ nodevers use 0.10.17\n\nYou can also pass arguments to Node's configure script during building:\n\n::\n\n    $ nodevers install 0.10.17 --buildargs=\"--gdb\"\n\nLicense\n~~~~~~~\n\nnodevers is licensed under BSD (3-Clause) License.\nSee the LICENSE file for the full license text.",
