        "description": "# ndex-python-utilities\n\nIn addition to python, these utilities require some additional modules.\n\nTo install these modules, type the following commands:\n\n```shell\npip install requests\npip install requests-toolbelt\npip install ndex\n```\n\nUtility Scripts:\n\nIn all scripts that have arguments username and password, these will be the username and password for the NDEx account that you are using.\n\nupload-to-ndex.py\n\n```shell\npython upload-to-ndex.py <username> <password> <directory>\n```\n\nWhere <i>directory</i> contains all of the network files you want to upload.\n\ncreate_network_from_tsv.py\n\n```shell\npython create_network_from_tsv.py <username> <password> <ndex server> <tsv file> <import plan file> <network name> <network description>\n```\nchange_network_descriptions.py\n\nchange_network_versions.py\n\nmake_networks_public.py\n\nmake_networks_private.py\n\ndelete_all_networks.py\n\nget_user_account_statistics.py\n\ndownload_pc_pathways.py\n\n```shell\ndownload_pc_pathways.py <datasource> <format>\n```",
