You need to commit your changes to be able to\ngenerate patches.\n\nGenerate patches from commits::\n\n    % mrsd patch --generate\n\nCreate cloned eggs with patched branch::\n\n    % mrsd patch --apply\n\n\nInstallation\n============\n\nmrs.developer hooks into scripts generated by buildout to inject the paths to\ncustomized eggs. You can do this manually by running ``mrsd hookin`` after\nscripts are (re)created by buildout, or let the mrs.developer extension handle\nit for you (*recommended*)::\n\n    [buildout]\n    extensions = mrs.developer\n\n.. note:: mrs.developer coexists nicely with mr.developer.\n\nThe mrs.developer hook needs the mrsd command line tool available, local to\nyour buildout or globally in your PATH (*recommended*).\n\nGlobal install (virtualenv)::\n\n    % virtualenv /path/to/mrsd/venv\n    % /path/to/mrsd/venv/bin/pip install mrs.developer\n    % ln /path/to/mrsd/venv/bin/mrsd ~/bin/mrsd -s\n\n``~/bin/`` is just an example for a ``bin`` directory in your ``PATH``.\n\nGlobal install (dedicated buildout), the ``buildout.cfg``::\n\n    [buildout]\n    parts = mrsd\n\n    [mrsd]\n    recipe = zc.recipe.egg\n    eggs = mrs.developer\n\nand link it into your PATH::\n\n    % ln /path/to/mrsd/buildout/bin/mrsd ~/bin/mrsd -s\n\nIf ``mrsd`` is not in your path, the mrs.developer buildout extension will\ncreate it in ``./bin/``. However, in order to make full use of mrsd, it needs\nto be in your PATH. Don't link the one created by the extension, use a\ndedicated buildout or virtualenv to install mrsd gloablly.",
