Especially the CDFLeapSeconds.txt file\nshould be on the local disk and reachable from the $CDF_LEAPSECONDSTABLE env. variable. If it is not the case, maser4py offers tools to read and/or download\nthis file from the NASA Web site (see user manual for more details).\n\nUsing pip\n----------\n\nFrom a terminal, enter:\n\n   pip install maser4py\n\nUsing source\n-------------\n\nFrom a terminal, enter:\n\n    git clone https://github.com/maserlib/maser4py\n\nThen, from the maser4py directory, enter:\n\n    pip install -r requirements.txt\n\nThen,\n\n    python3 setup.py install\n\n\nUsage\n======\n\nFrom Python, enter \"import maser\".\nThe module also offers specific command line interfaces.\n\nFor more details, see the maser4py user manual.\n\nContent\n=========\n\nThe maser4py directory contains the following items:\n\n::\n\n    doc/  stores the maser4py documentation (source and build)\n\n    maser/ stores the maser4py source files\n\n    scripts/ store scripts to run/test/manage maser4py\n\n    __main__.py python script to run maser.main program\n\n    CHANGELOG.rst software change history log\n\n    MANIFEST.in files to be included to the package installation (used by   tup.py)\n\n    pyproject.tom Python package pyproject file\n\n    README.md current file\n\n    requirements.txt list of python package dependencies and versions\n\n    setup.cfg file used by sphinx to build the maser4py doc.\n\n    setup.py maser4py package setup file\n\nAbout MASER project\n====================\n\nThe MASER (Measuring, Analyzing & Simulating Emissions in the Radio range) portal is offering access to a series of tools and databases linked to low frequency radioastronomy (a few kilohertz to a few tens of megahertz). Radio measurements in this spectral range are done with ground based observatories (for frequencies above the terrestrial ionosphere cutoff at 10 MHz) or from space based platforms (at low frequencies).\n\nIn this frequency range, the main radio sources are the Sun and the magnetized planets.
