        "description": "# flowerPetal \n\nThis package is a very simple set of python modules that the Cooley lab\nat Whitman College is using to analyze spotting patterns in Mimulus flowers.\nIt is still very much in alpha, with lots of bugs.\n\nIt currently accepts .csv files that contain image matrices of flowers. \nThree color types are accepted:  \n\nphoto background color = 0 \npetal color = 2\nspot color = 3\n\nImage matrices initially must be \"melted\" into three columns,  x, y, and color. \nFunctions provided then parse this into two image matrices, one for petal shape\nand one for petal outline.
