        "description": "# LiMMBo\n\nLiMMBo enables multivariate analysis of high-dimensional phenotypes based on\nlinear mixed models with bootstrapping (LiMMBo). LiMMBo is available as an open\nsource Python module. It builds on and can be used in combination with\n[LIMIX](https://github.com/limix/limix), a flexible and efficient linear mixed\nmodel library with interfaces to Python.\n\nA description of the public interface can be found [here\n](https://limmbo.readthedocs.io/en/latest/index.html)\n\n## Install\n\nLiMMBo is available on the [Python Package Index](https://pypi.python.org).\nLiMMBo is dependent on Limix [LIMIX](https://github.com/limix/limix), however\nthe latest Limix release does not include multi-variate models (see[issue 7](https://github.com/HannahVMeyer/limmbo/issues/7)).\nWhile waiting for the updated Limix release please install as follows:\n\nInstall LIMIX with multi-variate support (v1.0.18):\n```bash\npip3 install \"limix<2\"\n```\n\nAfter successful installation of LIMIX, simply install LiMMBo via\n```bash\npip3 install limmbo\n```\nRecently, an R wrapper package for limmbo was created - this independent project\ncan be found [here](https://github.com/fboehm/limmbo2).\n\n## Problems\n\nIf you encounter any issue, please, [submit them\n](https://github.com/HannahVMeyer/limmbo/issues).\n\n\n## License\n\nThis project is licensed under the Apache License (Version 2.0, January 2004) -\nsee the [LICENSE](LICENSE) file for details\n\n\n",
