Access of the data via a simple python API::\n\n      >>> from licenses import Licenses\n      >>> L = Licenses()\n      >>> for l in L: print l\n      ...\n      odc-odbl\n      ...\n      >>> print l['odb-odbl']\n      {'status': 'active', ...\n      >>>\n\n\n3.  Deployment as a service.\n\n    Install or update the Python package, then create the service files::\n\n        $ python licenses/deploy.py <path>\n\n    A whole set of files will be created at <path> which can then be served\n    directly by your webserver.",
