Contributions are welcome.\n\nDesign considerations\n=====================\n\nBelow is a list of design considerations behind this project:\n\n- Thumbnails are the most important feature while browsing a directory of\n  images. All screen space should be used for thumbnails. Little screen space\n  should be left unused.\n\n- File names are typically uninteresting while browsing a directory of images.\n  There is no need to waste screen space for them.\n\n- Subdirectories should be thumbnailed as well. A directory thumbnail should\n  be composed from the thumbnails of some representative images in it.\n\n- The user should be given an opportunity of choosing the images used to\n  compose the directory thumbnails.\n\n- It may be desirable to show the names of subdirectories.\n\nDesign choices\n==============\n\n- Only Linux distros are targetted. No support for Windows or Mac OS is\n  contemplated.\n\n- The image viewer is written in Python and PyGTK is used for the GUI.",
