All other depdendencies are available through your package manager, `pip`, or various anaconda channels.\n\n## Install\n\n### Manual\nFirst, make sure that all dependencies are installed, then run\n```bash\npython setup.py install\n```\n\n### Conda\n```bash\nconda install -c hanslovsky imglyb-examples\n```\nIf `imglyb` was not previously installed, re-source the current conda environment after installing to set the environment properly.\n\n## Run\nThese examples are available.\n```bash\n# bash\n# Basic visualization and application of Python and ImgLib2 filters\npython -m imglyb_examples.butterfly\n# Python implemented overlays for BigDataViewer\npython -m imglyb_examples.bdv_hello_world\n# Python implementation of a painting tool for BigDataViewer\npython -m imglyb_examples.bdv_painter\n# Embed BigDataViewer in Qt application (only Linux, and Qt and python-xlib dependencies)\npython -m imglyb_examples.qt_awt\n# Basic visualization of series of 2D NumPy arrays\npython -m imglyb_examples.views_stack\n```\nI recommend starting your own code from these examples and extend as you need.
