Running:\n  ```~~~~~~~~\n  python3 ietfdata/rfcindex.py\n  ```\n  Will test the rfcindex module.\n\n\n\nRelease Process\n---------------\n\n- Edit setup.py to ensure the correct version number is present\n- Commit changes and push to Github\n- Run `make test` to run the test suite.
