So, as git-review (usually invoked\nwith \"git review [...]\"), this tool can be invoked using \"git upstream [...]\".\nThat said, and even if git-upstream currently uses Change-Ids, it is not\nstrictly related to git-review.\nIn other words, git-review can (and most of the time will) be used without even\nknowing about git-upstream existence.\n\n- How can I contribute to git-upstream?\n\nGit-upstream is in OpenStack:\n\n  https://git.openstack.org/openstack/git-upstream\n\nAs for any other OpenStack project, contributions are submitted thru the Gerrit\nreview system.\n\nTo summarise:\n\n1) create a Gerrit account (that is, a launchpad identity)\n\n  click on the \"Sign in\" link in the upper right corner here:\n  https://review.openstack.org\n\n2) install git-review\n\n  pip install git-review\n\n3) clone the repo\n\n  git clone https://git.openstack.org/openstack/git-upstream\n\n4) setup to work with Gerrit\n\n  cd git-upstream\n  git review -s\n\n  git-review will ask the username to use to submit changes to\n  review.openstack.org, just enter the name you have registered in 1)\n\n5) add cool features or fix nasty bugs\n\n6) create your commit as usual\n\n  git add/rm <...>\n  git commit\n\n7) submit the change for review\n\n  git review\n\nThat's it.
