Specifically, galpy supports\nPython 2.7 and Python 3.6 and 3.7. It should also work on earlier\nPython 3.* versions, but this is not extensively tested on an ongoing\nbasis. Travis CI builds regularly check support for Python 2.7 and 3.7\n(and of 3.6 using a more limited, core set of tests) and Appveyor\nbuilds regularly check support for Python 3.7 on Windows.\n\nThis package requires `Numpy <http://numpy.scipy.org/>`__, `Scipy\n<http://www.scipy.org/>`__, and `Matplotlib\n<http://matplotlib.sourceforge.net/>`__. Certain advanced features\nrequire the GNU Scientific Library (`GSL\n<http://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/>`__), with action calculations\nrequiring version 1.14 or higher. Use of ``SnapshotRZPotential`` and\n``InterpSnapshotRZPotential`` requires `pynbody\n<https://github.com/pynbody/pynbody>`__.
