        "description": "Galaxyservers\r\n=============\r\n\r\nThis package is a release supporting the poster presentation at GCC2013/Oslo.\r\nThe work is still in progres, we will incremently add servers and installation\r\ninstructions to this package.\r\n\r\nInstallation\r\n--------------\r\n\r\nTo install this package you will need either root access or preferabel install into\r\nyour virtualenv. \r\n\r\n### Installation of WSGI-servers\r\n\r\nSome of the WSGI-server require supplementary installation of supporting software/libraries.\r\n\r\nOne common package to install is **python-dev**, this can be installed by:\r\n\r\n    sudo apt-get install python-dev build-essential\r\n\r\nOn Debian/Ubuntu based systems.\r\n\r\n#### Fapws3\r\nIn order to install Fapws3, you need to install 1 system package called 'libev'. This packages handles the event-based system calls.\r\n\r\n    sudo apt-get install libev libev-dev\r\n\r\nInside your virtualenv, installation of Fapws3 is done by:\r\n\r\n    pip install fapws3\r\n\r\nThats all! Once installed, proceed with configuring your Galaxy instance\r\n\r\n#### Gunicorn\r\n\r\nInstallation of Gunicorn also requires the installation of the **python-dev** library headers. Install the following into your virtualenv: (or even system-wide)\r\n\r\n    pip install greenlet gunicorn\r\n\r\nThat's all!\r\n\r\n#### Tornado\r\n\r\n    pip install tornado\r\n\r\n#### uWSGI\r\n\r\n    pip install uwsgi\r\n\r\n### Configuring your Galaxy instance\r\n\r\nOpen **universe_wsgi.ini** and search for the following section:\r\n\r\n    [server:main]\r\n    use = egg:Paste#http\r\n\r\nYou can replace the **egg:Paste#http** by any server supported by this package:\r\n\r\n    [server:main]\r\n    use = egg:galaxyservers#gunicorn\r\n\t# you can replace gunicorn by: fapws3/tornado\r\n\r\n##### one exception\r\nuWSGI requires a slightly different setup.",
