From\nthe root directory::\n\n pip install -e .\n\nTests\n-----\n\nFrom the root directory::\n\n make tests\n\nOr, from the root directory or any of the \"test\" directories::\n\n python -m unittest discover\n\nHow does it work?\n-----------------\n\nFor the uninitiated, SHT is the spherical coordinates equivalent of FFT for\ncartesian coordinates. The aim of this package is to provides Python wrapper\nclasses to facilitate SHT and related operators, very similar to `FluidFFT\n`_, using various libraries such as:\n\n- `SHTns `_\n\n- `SHTOOLS `_\n\n- `libsharp `_\n\nSHTns and SHTOOLS are an OpenMP implementations while, libsharp is an MPI\nimplementation. All the libraries have built-in python bindings and ``SHTOOLS``\nis pip installable.
