        "description": "# Flower Segmentation Tool\n\nThe Flower Segmentation Tool is a software to segment yellow arnica flowers in aerial drone images. \n\n## Getting Started\n\nThese instructions will get you a copy of the project up and running on your local machine for development and testing purposes. See deployment for notes on how to deploy the project on a live system.\n\n### Download and Installation from the Python Packaging Index\n\nFor installing the flower segmentation tool from the [Python Packaging Index](https://pypi.org/) try:\n\n```\npip install URL package-name\n```\n\n### Installing\n\nFor installation first go inside of the package directory.\n\nInstall with pip\n\n```\npip install flower-segmentation-tool\n```\n\nif there are any dependencies missing try\n\n```\npip install -r requirements.txt\n```\n\nEnd with an example of getting some data out of the system or using it for a little demo\n\n## Running the programm\n\nTo open the GUI and run the programm call in python environment:\n```\nPython3 segtool.py\n```\n\n### Testing\n\nThere are two tests, to check for missing dependencies.\n\n```\ntests/test.py and tests/testgui.py\n```\n\n## Troubleshooting\n\nif there were still Errors or dependencies not fullfilled, here are some common Errors explained and solutions presented.\n\nError Message:\n```\nModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'PyQt5.sip'\n```\nIt is important, that sip is installed before pyqt5.
