While it is possible to create disk images easily enough\nfrom the command line using the ``hdiutil`` program that ships with macOS,\nthere is no easy way to configure the appearance of the resulting disk image\nwhen the user opens it.\n\n``dmgbuild`` allows for full customization of the resulting disk image,\nwithout relying on Finder, and without using deprecated APIs (like the\nAlias Manager functions).\n\nSee the documentation_ for more information.\n\n.. _documentation: http://dmgbuild.rtfd.org",
