You grab your good ol' PDF you've used\nsince 2007 and copy and paste your |resume| in the WYSIWYG editor in Django.\nIt may look pretty; you may have to mess with it a little bit.\n\nYeah, you could do it that way. Or you could do it **the Griffin Way!**\n\nDjango |Resume| Griffin takes your |resume| to the next level by modelling it.\nYou can keep track of where you worked, for how long, and who your managers\nwere.\n\nWhat's With the Name?\n---------------------\n\nA lot of open source projects use a gimmick to name projects or versions. The\nnaming scheme for my projects is mythical creatures. This one is--obviously--a\ngriffin. My other projects include `Token Asena\n<https://www.pypy.org/griffin-token-asena>`_ and `Project Goblin\n<https://www.pypi.org/django-project-goblin>`_.\n\nInstallation\n============\n\nAs with most django apps, the easiest way way is PIP::\n\n    pip install -U django-resume-griffin\n\nNow add ``griffin`` to the list of installed apps::\n\n    INSTALLED_APPS = (\n        # ...\n        'griffin',\n        # ...\n    )\n\nFeatures\n=========\n\nProject Goblin Plugin\n----------------------\n\nBecause I'm always up for a little self-promotion I included a plug-in to\nProject Goblin. Note that |Resume| Griffin checks to see if Project Goblin is\ninstalled. If it is, then a model to include a Project Goblin Project is\navailable in the admin interface.\n\nThe ``GoblinProject`` model is only a wrapper model. The real Project Goblin\n``Project`` model is in the models' ``project`` attribute. So, to access the\nProject Goblin project from |Resume| Griffin in a template, do this::\n\n    <h2>{{ project.project.name }}</h2>\n    <p class=\"description\">{{ project.project.description }}</p>\n\nConvert For Download\n---------------------\n\nBecause reStructuredText is just awesome, |Resume| Griffin makes it easy to\nconvert your resume to various formats.\n\nSimply go into the **|Resume| Formats** app and create a new format. When you\nwant to add a download link to the page, use the template tag like this::\n\n    {% load ... resume %}\n    \n    {% resume_download_links resume [ formats ... ] %}\n    \n\n``resume`` is the resume passed in to the context for the template. The\n``formats`` are optional and will default to all |resume| formats available\nfor the given |resume|. For example::\n\n    {% resume_download_links resume \"pdf\" \"odt\" %}\n    \nWill render links to download the |resume| in pdf and odt format.\n\nThe reStructuredText Template\n******************************\n\n|Resume| Griffin uses a reStructuredText template to convert to various formats.\n\nTo override the template, simply copy the ``download.rst`` file from the\n``$GRIFFIN_SOURCE/griffin/tempaltes/resume/`` directory (or roll your own) and\nplace it in your project's ``templates/resume/`` directory.\n\nIf you do override the template, just be careful that you respect the syntax\nand structure of reStructuredText (e.g. spaces, new lines, etc.)\n\nPandoc Support\n***************\n\nDuring installation or configuration you may have run into an error with\nPanDoc. Unfortunately, some servers may not have PanDoc support. *Some*\nconversion support is made possible with the ``docutils`` package, but it won't\nhave as near the amount of support as PanDoc.\n\n|Resume| Griffin will automatically detect in PanDoc is installed. If it's not,\nthen |Resume| Griffin will try to convert using ``docutils`` or...\n\nIf you find you don't have PanDoc and you need a super-awesome file format, you\ncan provide it when you add |Resume| Downloads.\n\n\n.. |Resume| replace:: R\u00e9sum\u00e9\n.. |resume| replace:: r\u00e9sum\u00e9",
