        "description": "czipfile is a replacement for Python's builtin \"zipfile\" module, and\r\nprovides much faster, C-based zipfile decryption.  The code is actually\r\n95% identical to Python 2.6.5's Lib/zipfile.py, with some very minor\r\nmodifications to allow it to compile in Cython, and the _ZipDecrypter\r\nclass adapted to take advantage of native C datatypes.\r\n\r\nMany thanks to _habnabit from #python in Freenode for pointing me in\r\nthe right direction in Cython.\r\n\r\nTo build::\r\n\r\n  $ python setup.py build\r\n  # python setup.py install\r\n\r\nOr, if you use easy_install::\r\n\r\n  # easy_install czipfile\r\n\r\nOr, if you use pip::\r\n\r\n  # pip install czipfile\r\n\r\nCython is not required to build the extension, though if you want to make\r\nany changes you'll want to edit the .pyx and install Cython rather than\r\ntrying to edit the generated .c file.\r\n\r\nIncluded in the source distribution is a patch versus Python 2.6.5's\r\nLib/zipfile.py which can be used to create czipfile.pyx, if you want.\r\n\r\nThis package might require Python 2.6; I haven't tested it in earlier\r\nPython versions.\r\n\r\nI've put this release under the Python Software Foundation License,\r\nspecifically the 2.6.2 version.
