Written for use by the POSSUM collaboration.\n\n\n## Installation\n\nUse the package manager [pip](https://pypi.org/) to install cubeinspect.\n\n```bash\npip install cubeinspect\n```\n\n## Usage\n\n```\n$ cubei -h\nusage: cubei [-h] [-v] [-t] [-c vmin vmax] fitsfile channel\n\n    Open big file and make an average image of a selected channel.\n    Image will be squared so that Stokes Q and U look reasonable.\n\n    Saves a png with same name as FITS image + .medimage.png\n\n\n\npositional arguments:\n  fitsfile      FITS file to open\n  channel       Channel to inspect\n\noptional arguments:\n  -h, --help    show this help message and exit\n  -v            Verbosity.\n  -t            Make thumbnail (takes extra time!)\n  -c vmin vmax  Limits for image (defaults to vmax=std(image))\n```\n\n## Contributing\nPull requests are welcome.
