This is a sophisticated reference field with its own widget for adding\nand deleting references for both internal and external resources. Having\ncomplete support for Archetype's Reference field functionality, it also allows\nexternal links management.\n\nThis package functionality is based on DataGridField, DataGridWidget and\nArchetype's Reference field with ATReferenceBrowserWidget. It allows Plone\ndevelopers to extend default Plone Reference field functionality or override\nexisting Reference field functionality with a custom one. \n\nRequired Products.DataGridField package is automatically installed during\ninstallation procedure.\n\nUsage\n-----\n\nThis package can be used for extending Plone default Related content\nfunctionality. Apart from possibility to add related items from the current\nwebsite, collective.referencedatagridfield allows to:\n\n* add custom title to the related item instead of its real title add external\n* sources as related items \n\nDevelopment\n-----------\n\nThis product was developed by Quintagroup for Plone collective, sponsored by\nHeadnet company http://headnet.dk/.\n\nSupported Plone Version\n-----------------------\n\nPlone 4.0 - 4.2\n\nUse Case\n--------\n\nThere is an example of simple content type creation with a mix of Reference and\nDataGrid fields as related items included into the package:\nhttp://svn.plone.org/svn/collective/collective.referencedatagridfield/trunk/collective/referencedatagridfield/examples/ReferenceDataGridDemoType.py\n\nWith this package your content types might get sophisiticated related items\nfield: include related items from the current site and external ones.\n\n1. *Internal Links* - to insert internal link use 'Add...' button and browse\nyour site for the necessary object you want to add.  Type in desirable title\ninto the Title field. If you leave it empty - it will automatically be filled\nwith the inserted object title.\n\n2. *External Links* - to insert external links type in external URL into the\nLinks field. Type in full address with  http:// protocol.  In case your URL is\nnot correct it will not be saved.
