Wikipedia\nhas a `table of supported formats`_ for different browsers.\n\nYou can upload your videos in some or all supported formats, depending on your\nneeds.\n\n.. note::\n\n\tThe plugin does not support format conversion (patches welcome!) and does\n\tnot validate the uploaded files.
