        "description": "# Extension for *CKAN*: HRO-DCAT-AP.de\n\nA custom implementation of [DCAT-AP.de](http://dcat-ap.de) for OpenData.HRO, the open data portal of the municipality of Rostock \u2013 view it in production: https://www.opendata-hro.de\n\n*HRO-DCAT-AP.de* defines a DCAT-AP profile that needs to be layered right on top of `euro_dcat_ap`, as defined in [*ckanext-dcat*](https://github.com/ckan/ckanext-dcat). It builds on both [*ckanext-dcatde*](https://github.com/GovDataOfficial/ckanext-dcatde) and [*ckanext-dcatde_berlin*](https://github.com/berlinonline/ckanext-dcatde_berlin) and works like the latter, i.e. no database conversion necessary and the CKAN core remains untouched.\n\nMany thanks to the contributors to both *ckanext-dcatde* and *ckanext-dcatde_berlin* where much of the code is derived from.\n\n## Requirements\n\n*   [*CKAN*](https://github.com/ckan/ckan) >= 2.7.0\n*   [*ckanext-dcat*](https://github.com/ckan/ckanext-dcat) >= 0.0.7\n\n## Installation\n\nTo install ckanext-hro_dcatapde for production:\n\n1.  Activate your *CKAN* virtual *Python* environment, for example:\n\n        . /usr/lib/ckan/default/bin/activate\n\n1.  Install the ckanext-hro_dcatapde *Python* package into your virtual *Python* environment:\n\n        pip install ckanext-hro_dcatapde\n\n1.  Add `hro_dcatapde` to the `ckan.plugins` setting in your *CKAN* config file (by default the config file is located at `/etc/ckan/default/production.ini`)\n1.  Add the following lines to your *CKAN* config file:\n\n        ckanext.dcat.enable_content_negotiation = True\n        ckanext.dcat.rdf.profiles = euro_dcat_ap dcatap_de\n        ckanext.hro_dcatapde.contributorid = [your contributor id]\n\n1.  Restart *CKAN*. For example, if you have deployed *CKAN* with *Apache HTTP Server* on *Ubuntu*:\n\n        sudo service apache2 reload\n\n## Development installation\n\nTo install ckanext-hro_dcatapde for development, activate your *CKAN* virtualenv  and do:\n\n    git clone https://github.com/rostock/ckanext-hro_dcatapde.git\n    cd ckanext-hro_dcatapde\n    python setup.py develop\n    pip install -r dev-requirements.txt\n",
