        "description": "**Talaria** is a tiny but ambitious project which aims to create lightweight,\r\nelegant, easy to extend geek-friendly content management system. Primary goal\r\nof the project is to offer people an easy way to manage simple hierarchical\r\ntrees of HTML-documents, such as web-sites, documentation, etc.\r\n\r\nGoals\r\n------\r\n\r\n- Content should be easy modifiable with standard geek-friendly tools, such as\r\n  command-line utilities and text editors.\r\n- Content should be easy modifiable with software (from python, shell scripts\r\n  or even from C-code) as well.\r\n- API should be easy to understand and should afford convenient way to extend\r\n  Talaria abilities with minimal effort from the user.\r\n- Page layouts should be customizable and the customization should not require\r\n  any significant effort.\r\n\r\nFeatures and design decisions\r\n--------------------------------\r\n\r\n- Manage hierarchical structure of static web pages.\r\n- Versioned storage with ability to restore content to any arbitrary version in\r\n  history.\r\n- Work as a mercurial extension.\r\n- Incremental updates, change tracking.
