Additionally it creates a directory map in PDF.\r\n\r\nIt will then search for files with duplicate content, and\r\ndirectories with duplicate content and structure.\r\n\r\n(These instructions assume you are using the Windows binary package.\r\nIf not, use EZ Install to install the script, and run it as \"sizedupe\")\r\n\r\n\r\nSimple usage instructions:\r\n\r\n1. Unpack the distribution archive. There is no need to move\r\n    files around or install anything into Windows. (this\r\n    example will assume you unpacked to c:\\sizedupe).\r\n    additionally you can map to a shared drive with this\r\n    executable, including via RDP (\\\\tsclient\\...). It is\r\n    not sensitive to directory location, as long as the \r\n    executable remains in the folder with its DLLs and library.\r\n\r\n2. Run the program on the directory you are interested in. Either\r\n   double click the EXE, or open a command prompt and:\r\n\r\n      C:\\Sizereport> sizedupe.exe c:\\\r\n   \r\n3. Three tab-separated files are generated in current directory:\r\n\r\n    * sizereport_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_dirs.txt\r\n       List of every directory. Columns:\r\n         DirectoryID\r\n         Parent Directory Name\r\n         Directory Name\r\n         Number of directly contained directories\r\n         Number of all contained directories\r\n         Number of directly contained files\r\n         Number of all contained files\r\n         Size of directly contained files\r\n         Size of all contained files        \r\n\r\n    * sizereport_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_extensions.txt\r\n       List of extensions found in each directory. Columns:\r\n         DirectoryID\r\n         Extension\r\n         Size of directly contained files of this extension\r\n         Size of all contained files of this extension\r\n\r\n    * sizereport_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS_files.txt\r\n       List of every file. Columns:\r\n         DirectoryID\r\n         File Name\r\n         Extension\r\n         Size\r\n         Date Created\r\n         Date Modified\r\n         Date Accessed\r\n\r\n5. The PDF file map is a graph of directories and files by size.\r\n   The top-level directories form the leftmost column of rectangles.\r\n   To the right of each of those directories are rectangles representing\r\n   the directories and files contained therein. The heights of \r\n   all rectangles are relative to their disk usage.  Intense colors\r\n   represent recent files and pale colors are \"old\" files.  A label is\r\n   printed to the right of any file or directory big enough to fit it.\r\n   \r\n\r\n6. If you specify -d on the command line, duplicates will be found after\r\n   the size report run.
