The process to create an MMB, add a new disk and put files on it\r\nis well documented but requires several steps and provides ample opportunity\r\nfor mistakes.\r\n\r\nDetails\r\n-------\r\n\r\nThis is where PyMMB is intended to fit in. The aim of the project is to\r\nprovide a platform independant library, command-line toolset, GUI application\r\nand FUSE binding for managing files stored on DFS disks, contained within\r\nMMB files.\r\n\r\nThis package is the FUSE driver which allows you to mount a DFS or MMB\r\nfile as though it were a normal device on your Un*x type system.\r\n\r\nRequirements\r\n------------\r\n\r\n * PyMMB - The library (part of the PyMMB project) which supports all\r\n all MMB and DFS access functionality.\r\n\r\n * fusepy (> 2.0) - Provides access to the FUSE OS functionality.\r\n\r\nThis package is written for Python 2.x (at least 2.5) and currently is not\r\nsupported under Python 3.x\r\n\r\nInstallation\r\n------------\r\n\r\nYou can install PyMMBfuse with your favourite egg installer. We recommend\r\nusing **pip** ::\r\n\r\n pip install PyMMBfuse\r\n\r\nUninstall\r\n---------\r\n\r\nIf you are using **pip** you can uninstall using ::\r\n\r\n pip uninstall PyMMBfuse\r\n\r\nContributing\r\n------------\r\n\r\nContributions of code, development time, testing, or money are welcome. If\r\nyou are kind enough to donate money, your name (and optionally company name,\r\nand email or web address) will be listed as a sponsor.\r\n\r\nYou can join the project, see the current auto-build status, download the\r\ncode or browse the repository at http://projects.tlspu.com/PyMMB/\r\n\r\nPlease consider joining the PyMMB project before you fork. While you are\r\nwelcome to do either, joining us will help propell PyMMB forwards faster\r\nthe larger the contributor base becomes.\r\n\r\nSponsoring\r\n----------\r\n\r\nDevelopment of this project is being sponsored by the following generous\r\nindividuals or organisations :\r\n\r\nCredits\r\n-------\r\n\r\n * Acorn Computers - For producing probably the most innovative computer\r\n for its time ever.\r\n\r\n * Martin Mather - For developing the original MMC Flash Card interface\r\n (and the MMB file format which bears his initials) for the BBC Micro.\r\n\r\n * Steve O'Leary - The code for FS Manager which helped me understand both\r\n MMB and DFS formats better.\r\n\r\n\r\nChangelog\r\n---------\r\n\r\n0.1\r\n^^^\r\n\r\n- First alpha release", "description_content_type": null, "docs_url": null, "download_url": "UNKNOWN", "downloads": { "last_day": -1, "last_month": -1, "last_week": -1 }, "home_page": "http://projects.tlspu.com/PyMMB", "keywords": "", "license": "UNKNOWN", "maintainer": "", "maintainer_email": "", "name": "PyMMBfuse", "package_url": "https://pypi.org/project/PyMMBfuse/", "platform": "noarch", "project_url": "https://pypi.org/project/PyMMBfuse/", "project_urls": { "Download": "UNKNOWN", "Homepage": "http://projects.tlspu.com/PyMMB" }, "release_url": "https://pypi.org/project/PyMMBfuse/0.1/", "requires_dist": null, "requires_python": null, "summary": "Fuse driver for BBC Microcomputer DFS disk images and MMB disk bundles", "version": "0.1" }, "last_serial": 738744, "releases": { "0.1": [ { "comment_text": "", "digests": { "md5": "7de43c5f3ad382a54e9dbe505496ee98", "sha256": "f7abcaf702dc8324db6b0db4fff1965d0dc0b24e629033a3f74b15a98e396d7c" }, "downloads": -1, "filename": "PyMMBfuse-0.1.tar.gz", "has_sig": false, "md5_digest": "7de43c5f3ad382a54e9dbe505496ee98", "packagetype": "sdist", "python_version": "source", "requires_python": null, "size": 12194, "upload_time": "2012-12-25T12:03:52", "url": "https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/3f/3a/9b4c162c58f77821a893b7e84b1e42688d881e2f46613d5f36fc208d85d3/PyMMBfuse-0.1.tar.gz" } ] }, "urls": [ { "comment_text": "", "digests": { "md5": "7de43c5f3ad382a54e9dbe505496ee98", "sha256": "f7abcaf702dc8324db6b0db4fff1965d0dc0b24e629033a3f74b15a98e396d7c" }, "downloads": -1, "filename": "PyMMBfuse-0.1.tar.gz", "has_sig": false, "md5_digest": "7de43c5f3ad382a54e9dbe505496ee98", "packagetype": "sdist", "python_version": "source", "requires_python": null, "size": 12194, "upload_time": "2012-12-25T12:03:52", "url": "https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/3f/3a/9b4c162c58f77821a893b7e84b1e42688d881e2f46613d5f36fc208d85d3/PyMMBfuse-0.1.tar.gz" } ] }
