"description": "PREDICT v3.1.1\n==============\n\nPREDICT: a Radiomics Extensive Digital Interchangable Classification Toolkit\n----------------------------------------------------------------------------\n\nThis is an open-source python package supporting radiomics image feature\nextraction.\n\nDocumentation\n~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n\nFor more information, see the sphinx generated documentation available\n`here (WIP) `__.\n\nAlternatively, you can generate the documentation by checking out the\nmaster branch and running from the root directory:\n\n::\n\n python setup.py build_sphinx\n\nThe documentation can then be viewed in a browser by opening\n``PACKAGE_ROOT\\build\\sphinx\\html\\index.html``.\n\nInstallation\n~~~~~~~~~~~~\n\nPREDICT has currently been tested on Ubuntu 16.04 and 18.04, and Windows\n10 using Python 3.6.6 and higher.\n\nThe package can be installed through pip :\n\n::\n\n pip install PREDICT\n\nAlternatively, you can use the provided setup.py file:\n\n::\n\n python setup.py install\n\nMake sure you first install the required packages:\n\n::\n\n pip install -r requirements.txt\n\n3rd-party packages used in PREDICT:\n~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n\nWe mainly rely on the following packages:\n\n- SimpleITK (Image loading and preprocessing)\n- numpy (Feature computation)\n- scikit-image\n- pandas (Storage)\n- PyRadiomics\n- pydicom\n\nSee also the `requirements file `__.\n\nLicense\n~~~~~~~\n\nThis package is covered by the open source `APACHE 2.0\nLicense `__.\n\nContact\n~~~~~~~\n\nWe are happy to help you with any questions: please send us a message or\ncreate an issue on Github.\n\n\n",
