(Only tested on **Python version 2.6**)\nAdditionally the program uses the following Python libraries: \n\n    - **Numpy** for numerical computations (http://numpy.scipy.org/)\n    - **Matplotlib** for the graph window (http://matplotlib.sourceforge.net/)\n\n**Windows** users should install **Python XY**, a (giant) Python distribution \nfor scientists. This is the most easy way for them to install all dependencies \nat once.\n\n    http://www.pythonxy.com/\n    \n**Linux** users need to use their distribution's installation program(s) to\ninstall the dependencies. *Numpy* and *Matplotlib* are packaged for most \nLinux distributions.\n\n\nInstallation\n------------\n\nJBidwatcher-Companion can be installed with the program **easy_install**,\nwhich downloads the necessary package from the Python Package Index\n(http://pypi.python.org/pypi), and installs it.   \n\nGet administrative privileges, then open a **shell window** / **DOS box** \nand type: ::\n\n    easy_install jbidwatcher-companion\n\n    \nUsage\n-----\n\nTo get help on the available options, type: ::\n\n    ebstat.py -h\n    \nList the tabs in JBidwatcher's database: ::\n\n    ebstat.py ls\n    \nCreate a graph of the (finished) auctions in the tab `Nikon SB`, the moving \nmedian is computed over 40 days: ::\n\n    ebstat.py gr -t \"Nikon SB\" -w 40\n\nThe usage of the interactive graph window is mostly self explanatory. Some \nfeatures however can't be discovered through the GUI. The most important\nfeatures are: \n\n* Clicking on an auction shows information about this auction in the bottom \n  right of the window. \n* Double clicking an auction runs an external program, which can be \n  configured.
