        "description": "Bourbon is a Windows composite framework based on paste and pylons which creates\r\na framework to install WSGI applications.  It installs itself as a Windows\r\nservice and allows users to easily add WSGI applications.  The concept behind\r\nBourbon is that it is like the Tomcat but only for Python (the analogy is that\r\nyour WSGI apps  are similar to war files).\r\n\r\nVersion 1.1 add compatibility for pylons 0.96.  If you do not want to upgrade to\r\npylons 0.96 you should continue to use version 1.0 which is compatible with\r\npylons 0.94 and below. (I never tested with pylons 0.95)\r\n\r\nBourbon now works with workingenv, so users can choose to install it to either\r\nuse the normally installed python libraries, or to install everything locally\r\nutilizing a workingenv.  Future builds will switch from workingenv to virtualenv.",
